摘 要:为研究美国白蛾(Hypantria cunea Drury)的食性与低温驯化和抗寒性的关系,选取沈阳地区的美国白蛾种群,对美国白蛾幼虫的取食偏好、饥饿天数、低温驯化与其过冷却点的关系进行了研究。结果表明:在供试的7种不同的寄主树木中,幼虫取食率差异极显著,幼虫对龙爪槐的取食率最大(42.12%),对山杏的取食率最低(4.01%);不同饥饿天数处理对5龄幼虫的取食率和过冷却点都会产生极其显著的影响;取食不同寄主树木的幼虫过冷却点不存在显著差异;美国白蛾越冬蛹在5.0,-15.0,-18.0℃温度条件下,进行24h和0.5h的低温驯化,在-18.0℃,24h组合条件下其过冷却点和冰点最低(-17.50℃和-8.15℃);在5.0℃,0.5h组合条件下其过冷却点和冰点最高(-13.00℃和-3.24℃),但各温度和时间组合处理间差异不显著,说明美国白蛾越冬蛹在供试温度和时间条件下低温驯化效果不明显。The study aimed to clarify the relationship of feeding habits with the low temperature acclimation and cold-hardiness of fall webworm, Hypantria cunea Drury. By selecting population of H. cunea in Shenyang, their larva's feeding preference,hungry days and the effect of cold acclimation to supercooling point(SCP) were researched. In 7 experimental host trees, the difference of larva's feeding rate was extremely significant. There was the highest feeding rate of larvae for Chinese pagoda tree(Robinia pseudoacacia)(42.12%), and the lowest feeding rate for apricot(Armeniaca sibirica)(4.01%). There was the extremely significant influence on feeding rate from five-instar larvae were treated by different hungry days, and on supercooling point from different hungry processing days for larvae. There was the effect of cold acclimation of 24 hours and 30 min to larvae, by placing the over-wintering pupae of H. cunea feed on different host trees at 5.0,-15.0 and-18.0℃ temperature conditions had no significant difference by the processing under different temperature and days combination. There was the lowest supercooling point(SCP) and freezing point(FP) under the combination of-18.0℃ and 24 h and the highest SCP(-17.50℃) and FP(-8.15℃)under the combination of 5.0℃ and 0.5h. However, the difference of cold acclimation was not significant among the designed combinations.
