摘 要:为研究饲粮添加生物炭和木醋混合物(biochar including vinegar liquid,BIOV)对断奶仔猪生长、养分消化率和粪便有害气体排放的影响,将60头28d断奶、平均体重为(8.07±0.29)kg的"杜×长×大"仔猪随机分为5组,第1组为对照组,饲喂基础饲粮;第2组为抗生素组,在基础饲粮中添加0.05%土霉素;第3,4,5组分别在基础饲粮中添加1%、2%和3%的BIOV,试验期为21d。结果表明:抗生素组和2%BIOV组仔猪的ADG分别较对照组提高10.20%(p<0.05)和7.64%(p<0.05),且2%BIOV组与抗生素组仔猪ADG无显著差异(p>0.05)。但3%BIOV组ADG较对照组仔猪降低1.24%(p>0.05)。饲粮添加2%BIOV使仔猪N表观消化率较对照组提高了6.62%(p<0.05),较抗生素组提高1.33%(p>0.05)。2%和3%BIOV组均显著提高了仔猪粪便p H值(p<0.05),并降低粪便中NH3,H2S,胺类和甲硫醇有害气体的排放量(p<0.05)。由此可见,饲粮添加2%BIOV在降低粪便有害气体排放的同时不妨碍仔猪的生长。The experiment was conducted to evaluate the effect of dietary biochar mixing vinegar liquid(BIOV) on growth performance, nutrient digestibility, and fecal noxious gas emission of weanling pigs. 60 crossbred piglets(Duroc ×Large White ×Landrace, 28 days age) with average body weight of(8.07±0.29)kg were allotted to five dietary treatments with 3 replications and4 pigs per pen. Pigs in group 1 were fed with basal diets, and group 2,3,4,5 were fed with 0.05% oxytetracycline, 1%, 2%, and3% BIOV, respectively. The results of 21 d experiment showed that compared with control group, dietary 2% BIOV and ANT group increased the ADG by 7.64%(p <0.05) and 10.20%(p <0.05), respectively. The ADG in pigs fed 2% BIOV had no significant difference with ANT group(p>0.05). However, the ADG in pigs fed 3% BIOV decreased by 1.24%(p>0.05) compared with control group. The pigs had 6.62% and 1.33% higer N digestibility in 2% BIOV than those in control group(p<0.05) and ANT group(p>0.05), respectively, with fecal p H was distinctly increased and emission of noxious gas including NH3, H2 S, amine and R·SH significantly decreased in dietary 2% and 3% BIOV treatments. It is concluded that 2% BIOV supplementation can reduce harmful gas emissions and do not harm piglets from growth performance improvement.
