摘 要:为了研究水灰比、沙漠砂取代率和粘土掺量对砂浆性能的影响,采用沙漠砂部分取代中砂,配置砂浆,并进行正交性试验。通过层次分析和综合评分得到各因素、各水平的影响权重和最佳配合比方案。结果表明:当沙漠砂取代率和粘土取代率为30%时,砂浆流动性最好;当沙漠砂取代率为20%时,砂浆抗压强度达到峰值;粘土的掺入对砂浆抗压强度有较大的劣化作用,随着粘土取代率的增大,砂浆抗压强度逐渐降低;对于一般工程项目试验最佳配比方案为:试验水灰比、粘土取代率和沙漠砂取代率分别取为1.53,30%和10%。说明沙漠砂混合砂浆可以应用于工程实践中,能够满足砂浆强度和流动性要求,且经济合理。In order to investigate the performance of cement mortar, the orthogonal tests were carried out by measuring the parameters of water cement ratio, desert sand replacing ratio and clay additive. By using analytic hierarchy process and the method of synthetically judgment, the effect weights of each influencing factors at different levels and the optimal proportion were obtained. When desert sand replacing ratio and clay additive were up to 30%, mortar consistency the optimum. When desert sand replacing ratio was up to 20%, compressive strength was the maximum. Adding clay in cement mortar had significant negative effect on cement mortar strength, because compressive strength of cement mortar decreased gradually with the increase of clay additive. The optimal proportions used in the general engineering application were as the following: water cement ratio,desert sand replacing ratio and clay additive 1.53, 30% and 10%, respectively. The desert sand used in cement mortar can meet the requirements of compressive strength, consistency and economy.
