地理国情监测业务体系建设的若干思考

摘　　要：地理国情监测,是新时期经济社会发展对测绘地理信息工作的新需求、新要求,是测绘地理信息部门主动服务科学发展的重要职责和战略任务。针对地理国情监测业务体系不健全和认识不一致的问题,该文从确立地理国情监测核心业务组成,建立支撑地理国情监测核心业务开展的组织、技术、装备、标准和质检等5个体系建设,探讨地理国情监测业务体系建设相关问题,并提出相关对策、措施及建议。National geographic conditions monitoring is the new demand of economic and social development for National Administration of Surveying,Mapping and Geoinformation in the new era;it is also the important duty and the strategic task for surveying and mapping sectors to provide active services for scientific development.As a new work,establishing business system of national geographic conditions monitoring,is an important guarantee to promote the work for standardization and normalization development.This paper establishes the core business components of the geographic conditions monitoring,and five parts of system construction including organization,technology,equipment,standards,and quality control,which support the core business development of the national geographic conditions monitoring.
