摘  要:无级变速(CVT)是最理想的传动方案,在众多无级传动方案中能够适应装载机激烈变化的工况、较宽的牵引力和车速变化范围的较少.静液-机械复合传动方案利用行星排将静液传动支路和机械传动支路的动力进行耦合输出,使系统既具有静液传动的无级变速性质又能通过机械传动拓宽变速范围、提高传动效率并增加传动功率,实现了分段无级传动的功能,满足了装载机的动力传动要求.建立了静液-机械无级传动系统的数学模型,利用分段函数表达了无级变速系统总速比与静液速比和机械速比的关系,并用数学方法概括了总速比连续性条件和切换工作换段时静液传动支路速比无突变的条件.运用该数学模型分析了当前三款适合于装载机使用工况的无级传动方案,获得了相应的性能评价.As the optimal transmission alternative,few continuously variable transmission(CVT)options is applied for wheel loaders under such situations as violently-changed working condition and broadly-changed traction and speed range.Firstly,the hydrostatic and mechanical transmission branches are coupled by planetary rows for hybrid hydromechanical CVT.Accordingly,this scheme can meet the multi-stage power transmission demands on wheel loaders with such advantages as hydrostatic CVT property,wider speed variation via mechanical transmission and higher transmission efficiency and power.Then,a mathematical model for hybrid hydromechanical CVT system to express the relationship among overall,hydrostatic and mechanical speed ratios using piecewise functions.Finally,such conditions as continuous overall ratio and nonsudden-variation speed ratio for hydrostatic transmission branch stage-switching are given.Therein,three transmission schemes,with property evaluations,are conducted on wheel loaders.
