摘  要:附属医院模式是美国新闻教育界提出的一种新闻教育新模式,其理论基础是"在做中学"。该理论认为:新闻学院应为社区服务;拓展以知识为基础的新闻课程,开展数字与媒介素养教学服务;媒体实验室应引领未来新闻教育改革。为提高我国新闻教育质量和水平,大学需要改革创新校园媒体,新闻院系需要与社会媒体共建;开展以知识为基础的课程改革,拓展数字素养课程教学范围;聚合全社会资源,设立文理交叉、跨学科、产学研相结合、面向未来创新的媒体实验室。Teaching hospital model is a new model which is put forward by American journalism educators. Its theoretical basis is 'learning by doing'. It considers that journalism schools should provide their services for their local communities, expand the interdisciplinary 'knowledge-based journalism' curriculums, carry out the digital and media literacy teaching. Media labs should lead the reforms of the journalism education in future. To improve our quality of journalism education, our universities need reforming the campus media, our journalism schools need co-constructing with the social media, carry out the interdisciplinary curriculum reforms, expand the scope of the digital literacy teaching; aggregate the social resources, set up the media labs with the industry-university-research cooperation for the future, which are interdisciplinary between the liberal arts and sciences.
