摘　　要：关于电信、广电和互联网的研究很多。文章从概念分歧、政策解读、市场分析和前景预测4个方面进行了梳理和评论,指出概念分歧反映了融合方式和内容的差别;政策的制定和实施对三网融合的推进起到关键性作用;必须为三网融合营造良好的市场环境,鼓励公平竞争,打破垄断;三网融合将发展成多网融合,下一代互联网更能满足多网融合的普遍接入要求。There are lots of research about telecom network, radio and TV network, internet. This paper combs and reviews them from four aspects, and points out: the bifurcations of concepts reflect the differences of fusion method and content; the formulation and implementation of policy play a key role for propulsion of tri-networks integration; the good market enviroment has to be built for tri-networks integration in order to encourage fair competition and break monopoly; tri-networks integration will develop into multi nets fusion, the next internet has more ability to meet the requirement of universal access of multi nets fusion.
