摘　　要：文章从小语种编辑工作岗位的特殊性及其社会价值角度出发,依据对小语种编辑及相关企业人士的调查,多角度分析小语种编辑的职业现状,阐释小语种编辑在实际工作中所面临的境遇,从而揭示该群体所肩负的社会价值与其职业现状间的失衡现象,并从社会、企业和编辑自身角度探讨相应问题的可行性解决方案与策略。From the perspective of the particularity of minority language editors' job and their social value, according to a survey to some minority language editors and related business people, the paper makes an analysis on minority language editors' occupational status and difficulties encountered in their work, reveals the contradiction between their social value and occupational status, and provides related solutions and strategies from the point of view of editors, enterprises and the society.
