摘　　要：学术论文的基本构成包括3个方面,即基础知识内容(包括公共基础知识和专业基础知识)、引用文献内容和学术创新内容,其核心是学术创新内容。文章论述三方面之间的内在关系,指出学术论文质量评审的关键是通过对论文的基础内容、引文内容和创新内容本身及其内在关系的具体分析,确认学术创新内容,并提出基于学术论文内容构成分析的论文学术质量评审和评价原则及要点。The content constitution of academic paper includes three aspects: basic knowledge, citation content and creativity content. The core of academic paper is creativity content. This paper discusses on the relations of the three aspects, and points out that the key of appraising of academic quality is to confirm the creativity content based on analyzing of basic knowledge, citation content, creativity content and their relations. The paper puts forward appraising principles and main points based on analyzing of content constitution of academic paper.
