民国期刊封面图像的风格及语境分析

摘　　要：民国期刊的封面图像是特定类别出版物文本风格的转译,作为一种思想传播的有效媒介,封面图像在时间与事件的框架中拥有特定的语境。文章以《文学》月刊创刊号封面图像为主线,联系《小说月报》第二十二卷十二月号、《东方杂志》第三十卷第一号的封面图像进行深入探讨。以风格分析为入口比对三本杂志的文化定位、创刊与终刊的时间与事件以及先后面向公众刊布的图像。由此进一步解析文人办出版背景下左翼期刊封面图像试图传达的信息,同时分析影响其图像风格形成的因素,复原20世纪二三十年代与出版相关事件的上下文,用艺术史的视野观照特定时代下思想的视觉表述模式。Seen as an effective media for the dissemination of thoughts and ideas, the cover image of the journal in the Republic of China was a translation of the text style of a particular publication, which had a certain context in the framework of time and events. Based on the cover image of Monthly Magazine Literary's opening issue, this paper intends to further discuss this topic also with the consideration of Fiction Monthly Magazine(Vol.22, the December Issue) and Oriental Magazine(vol. 30, the First Issue). With the style analysis of the three magazines, this paper compares their culture orientation, the time and events of their fi rst and fi nal issues and their public images in order to further discuss and analysis the intentional information in the cover image of the publication by the leftwing intellectual and these factors affecting its formation. The paper also aims, through this approach, to recover relevant context of the publication events during 1920 s to 1930 s in the view of art history, concerning the visual expression pattern of thoughts under the specifi c era.
