摘  要:为提升池塘养殖自动投饲系统远程投饲精准化,在前期研制的基础上进行了下述改进:1采用变频电机螺旋输送机及定速、定时控制等技术;2驱动控制采用USS protocol协议,PLC(Programmable Logic Controlle)控制器与变频器之间采用485总线通讯,大大减少PLC模拟量与数字量扩展模块以及接线工作,整体结构更加紧凑,降低了成本;3提高了风机功率,由原先的7.5kW增加到18.5kW,将设备输送管长度由320m增加到600m.试验显示,本升级系统在输送管长在600m时,多池塘累积投饵量可达1.05t·h-1;其抛投半径≥7m;可实现定量精度最小投饲量25±2%kg,实现了池塘养殖自动投饲系统远程精准化升级的设计要求.To promote the accuracy of automatic remote feeding system for pond culture,the improvements are conducted based on pre-stage research and manufacturing.Firstly,the speed-and time-fixed control technolgy for screw conveyor of converter motor is applied.Secondly,the USS protocal is used for driving control,whereas 485 bus is applied to communicate PLC(Porgrammable logic Controlle)controller and frequebcy converter.This reduces extended analog and digital mudules and connections so as for compact strcuture and low cost.Thirdly,the wind turbine power is enhanced from7.5 kW to 18.5 kW,whilst the conveying pipe length is increased from320 m to 600 m.Therefore,it is found from testing that the multipond cumulative feeding volume reaches 1.05 t·h-1 in terms of 600 m pipe,over 7 m feeding radius and 25± 2% kg quantitative precision of minimum feeding volume.To this end,this approach meets the requirements of accurate upgrading design on automatic remote feeding system for pond culture.
