摘 要:通过聚丙烯接枝苯乙烯-二乙烯基苯(PP-ST-DVB)纤维的硝化、还原二步反应制得一种弱碱性离子交换纤维。分别考察了混酸比例与用量、反应时间对硝化反应的影响,二氯化锡用量、反应温度与时间对还原反应的影响。采用红外光谱,元素分析,热重分析,差示扫描量热分析,扫描电镜等方法对其物理与化学结构进行了表征,并初步研究了该功能纤维对水杨酸等的吸附机理与性能。结果表明,原纤维在优化的硝化条件(V(H2SO4)/V(HNO3)=2∶1,V(mixed acid)=10mL,t=8h)、还原条件(m(SnCl2·2H2O)=8g,t=100℃,t=6h)下,制备得到的弱碱性离子交换纤维交换容量可达5.78mmol/g。这种功能纤维具有良好的微观形貌,在300℃以下基本未发生热分解。纤维对水杨酸的吸附量约413.4mg/g,经5次使用与再生循环后,吸附性能维持稳定,洗脱率均高于97%。A new kind of weakly basic ion exchange fiber was prepared through nitration and reduction on polypropylene-graft-(styrene-divinyl benzene)(PP-ST-DVB)fiber.The effects of reaction time,mixed acid proportion and dosage on the nitrate reaction were studied at first.The effects of stannous chloride dosage,reaction temperature and time on the reduce reaction were further investigated.Physicochemical structures and characteristics of the fibers were systematically characterized by IR,elemental analysis(EA),TG,DSC and SEM etc.Furthermore,the adsorption properties of the prepared functional fiber for salicylic acid from aqueous solution were preliminarily researched.The results show that the exchange capacity of weakly-base fiber could be up to 5.78mmol/g under the optimized nitrate conditions(V(H2SO4)/V(HNO3)=2∶1,V(mixed acid)=10mL,t=8h)and reduce conditions(m(SnCl2·2H2O)=8g,t=100 ℃,t=6h).The weakly-base fiber maintains good micro-morphology and there is no obvious thermal decomposition below 300 ℃.The maximal adsorption for salicylic acid can reach up to 413.4mg/g,and the elution rate is higher than 97%.After 5adsorption-regeneration cycles,the novel fibrous adsorbent still keep excellent adsorption performance.
