摘 要:建立了一种用聚乙二醇单甲醚稳定的纳米金(PEO-纳米金)可视化检测丙烯酰胺(AM)的新方法,并用透射电子显微镜镜、紫外可见光光度计、激光粒度分析仪对PEO-纳米金进行测试分析。结果表明,该PEO-纳米金金核为19nm的规则球体且分散均匀,颗粒整体(纳米金金核和表面稳定剂)粒径集中分布在40nm。浓度为0.004mg/mL的丙烯酰胺可使该PEO-纳米金发生团聚,胶体由红色变成紫色,浓度在0.004~0.032mg/mL之间时,团聚程度随浓度的增加而增加,同时颗粒整体粒径依次增大到170nm,250nm,600nm。而N,N-二甲基丙烯酰胺(DMAA)在相同条件下不能使PEO-纳米金发生团聚。因此,可用该方法简单、快速地实现丙烯酰胺选择性检测。A novel visual method for detection of acrylamide which is based on methoxy polyethylene glycol functionalized gold nanoparticles(PEO-AuNPs)was developed.The PEO-AuNPs were observed by the naked eyes,and further characterized by transmission electron microscopy(TEM),ultraviolet spectrophotometer(UV),laser particle size analyzer.The results indicate that the Au cores with an uniform size of 19 nm are spherical and well dispersed,and the sizes of PEO-AuNPs(including Au cores and surface stabilizers)are distributed around 40 nm.Significantly,0.004mg/mL acrylamide could induce aggregation of the PEO-AuNPs,which causes the color of the colloidal solution changing from red to purple.The degree of aggregations increases with increase of acrylamide concentration from 0.004mg/mL to 0.032mg/mL,accompanied by increase of the sizes of PEO-AuNPs to 170 nm,250nm,and 600 nm,successively.However,N,N-dimethyl acrylamide could not induce aggregation of PEO-AuNPs under the same condition.This method could provide new opportunities for rapid,simple and selective detection of acrylamide.
