摘  要:采用沉淀聚合法制备出聚磷腈-砜微球(PZS),同时采用亲核取代反应法制备出六苯氧基聚环三磷腈(HPCP),分别填充到低密度聚乙烯(LDPE)中,制得电缆料HPCP/LDPE与PZS/LDPE。对于前者,随着HPCP填充量从0%增加到7%,其LOI从17增大到22,烟密度略微增大,填充5%时增加最少达到170;而拉伸强度和断裂伸长率略微降低了10%。对于后者,随着PZS填充量增加到5%,LOI值增加到21,烟密度逐渐下降,填充5%时降至最低140;拉伸强度和断裂伸长率随PZS填充量增大均为先增大后降低,当填充5%时强度仅降低10%,而断裂伸长率仍大于未填充PZS的纯料。随着HPCP或PZS填充量增大,电阻率略微下降,填充7%的HPCP电缆料的电阻率最低达2.1×1014Ω·cm,仍满足电缆料的绝缘性能要求。The phosphazene-sulphone microspheres(PZS)and hexaphenoxytricyclophosphazene(HPCP)were synthesized by precipitation polymerization and nucleophile substituting reaction,respectively,and the cable insulation materials of HPCP or PZS modified LDPE were prepared.For HPCP/LDPE materials,with increase of the HPCP content from 0%to 7%,limited oxygen index(LOI)increases from 17 to 22,and smoke density(Ds)increases slightly and Dsof 5% HPCP filled LDPE reaches the lowest value of 170,and the tensile strength and elongation at break decrease 10%.For PZS/LDPE materials,with increase of the PZS content up to 5%,LOI increases to 21,and Dsdecreases gradually and Dsof 5% PZS filled LDPE reduces to the lowest value of 140;and the tensile strength and elongation at break increase firstly then decrease,the tensile strength of 5% HPCP filled LDPE decreases 10% and its elongation at break is greater than that of pure LDPE.For both types of filled LDPE,their resistivity decreases slightly with increasing the content of HPCP or PZS and the resistivity with 7% HPCP reduces to the lowest value of 2.1×1014Ω·cm,still can accord requirements.
