摘  要:采用γ-甲基丙烯酰氧丙基三甲氧基硅烷(KH-570)、二端羟基二甲基聚硅氧烷(107硅橡胶)为原料,盐酸作为催化剂,在水与甲苯混合体系中制备了一系列含有丙烯酰氧基团的硅氧烷预聚体,探讨了原料质量比例、原料黏度大小对制备硅氧烷预聚体的光固化行为的影响。利用红外光谱、热失重分析等手段对硅氧烷预聚体及光固化后产物进行了表征,结果表明,制备的硅氧烷预聚体外观无色透明澄清,黏度可调,具有优异的紫外光(UV)固化特性,同时固化后产物具有较高的热稳定性,其5%热失重温度均高于300℃;同时研究了合成硅氧烷预聚体在UV固化有机硅压敏胶中的应用。The silicon rubber with acryloyl group was synthesized by condensation reaction between KH-570 and 107 silicone rubber using HCl as catalyst. The influence of the reaction conditions(mass ratio,and viscosity) on the curing effect was investigated. And the products were characterized by FT-IR,TGA,and other techniques. It is demonstrated that the viscosity of the prepolymer and curing effect can be regulated by changing the reaction conditions. The resulting products after UV curing have high thermal stability,and 5% mass loss temperature is higher than 300 ℃. Acrylate monomers were used to modify the UV curing pressure sensitive adhesive based on the synthesized silicon rubber. The quantity of acrylates plays an important role in prepared pressure sensitive adhesive(PSA) of silicon containing acrylate.
