摘 要:首先用Hummers法从石墨制得氧化石墨烯(GO),并用十六烷基三甲氧基硅烷(HTS)改性GO,然后将其化学还原得到功能化石墨烯(FG),X射线衍射和红外光谱分析表明,HTS已成功接到了石墨烯上;利用溶液共混法制备了聚乙烯醇缩丁醛(PVB)/FG纳米复合膜。用万能试验机、扫描电镜、电阻率测试仪、紫外-可见光透光率对材料进行了表征,结果表明,FG的质量分数为6.0%时,复合材料的拉伸强度可达到34.5 MPa,断裂伸长率达到44.5%;3.0%的FG就能让材料的导电率提高7个数量级;含FG 1.0%的复合膜(厚度为1 mm)对270~400 nm波长范围内紫外光的吸收率可以达到60%~80%。Graphene oxide( GO) was prepared through Hummers method from graphite,then it was modified with hexadecyltrimethoxysilane( HTS),subsequently it was reduced to form novel functionalized graphene( FG). XRD and FT-IR. The results confirm that HTS is successfully attached to the graphene sheets. Polyvinyl butyral( PVB)/FG nanocomposite membrane was prepared through solution blending process. It is found that FG owns an excellent compatibility with PVB matrix. Properties of the membrane were studied by universal tester,SEM,resistivity tester,and ultravioletvisible test. The results show that with the FG addintion of 6. 0%( mass fraction),the tensile strength and elongation at break of the membrane reach 34. 5 MPa and 44. 5%,respectively; the incorporation of 3. 0% of FG would enhance the electrical conductivity of the material by 7 orders of magnitude; the membrane( 1 mm thick) with 1. 0% of FG is able to absorb 60% ~ 80% of the ultraviolet-light ranging from 270 nm to 400 nm.
