摘  要:以可聚合离子液体表面活性剂氯化-1-正辛基-3-(4-丙烯酸丁酯基)咪唑(PMOIH8)、丙烯酰胺(AM)以及2-丙烯酰胺基-2-甲基丙磺酸钠(Na AMPS)为单体,采用单电子转移活性自由基聚合(SET-LRP)法进行了三元共聚合反应,合成了一种两性离子聚丙烯酰胺P(AM/PMOIH/Na AMPS)。分析结果表明所得产物为目标产物。考察了Cu Cl2、引发剂、温度等因素对聚合的影响。结果表明,体系中未加Cu Cl2时,聚合反应速率变慢,速率常数(kappp)由0.0144 min-1降低至0.0117 min-1,珚Mw/珚Mn由1.30增大为1.38,引发效率(Ieff)降低至92.76%;增加引发剂用量,kappp增加至0.0153 min-1,珚Mw/珚Mn减小为1.26,Ieff增加至95.18%;降低温度,kappp降低至0.0102 min-1,珚Mw/珚Mn减小为1.28,Ieff降低至92.97%。A kind of copolymer amphoteric polyacrylamide was synthesized via single electron transfer living radical polymerization( SET-LRP) of monomers polymerizable ionic liquid surfactant named chlorinated-1-octyl-3-( 4-butylacrylate-based) imidazole( PMOIH8),acrylamide( AM) and sodium 2-acrylamido-2-methyl propane sulfonate( Na AMPS).The resulting polymers were analyzed,and the results show that the polymers are target products. Various factors which might affect SET-LRP such as Cu Cl2,initiator and temperature were discussed. The results show that for the system without Cu Cl2,the polymerization rate decreases and the polymerization rate constant kapppreduces from 0. 0144 min- 1to0. 0117 min- 1,while the relative molecular mass distribution exponential 珚Mw/ 珚Mnincreases from 1. 30 to 1. 38,and the initiator efficiency decreases,Ieff= 92. 76%. As the amount of initiator increases,the polymerization rate constant kappp increases from 0. 0144 min- 1to 0. 0153 min- 1,the relative molecular mass distribution exponential 珚Mw/ 珚Mnreduces from1. 30 to 1. 26,while the initiator efficiency increases from 94. 62% to 95. 18%. As the temperature decreases,the polymerization rate constant kapppreduces from 0. 0144 min- 1to 0. 0102 min- 1,the relative molecular mass distribution exponential 珚Mw/ 珚Mnreduces from 1. 30 to 1. 28,and the initiator efficiency reduces from 94. 62% to 92. 97%.
