摘  要:以环氧氯丙烷(EPC)为交联剂,在温和条件下"一锅法"制备了水溶性EPC交联黄原胶(XG),考察了交联度、Na Cl质量分数、p H和温度对EPC交联XG(c XG)溶液流变性的影响。结果表明,随交联度增大,c XG溶液黏度和动力学模量均明显增大,弹性增强;随Na Cl质量分数增大,溶液黏度和动力学模量均呈现先降低后增加趋势;p H在4~10范围内变化对体系流变性基本无影响;随温度升高,溶液黏度和动力学模量均降低,但与XG溶液相比,抗温性能明显提高。One-pot preparation of crosslinked xanthan gum( c XG) with epichlorohydrin was carried out under mild conditions. Effects of crosslinking degree,Na Cl concentration,p H and temperature on the rheological properties of c XG solutions were investigated. The results show that with increase of the crosslinking degree,both the viscosity and dynamic modulus of c XG solutions increase. As the Na Cl concentration increases,the viscosity and dynamic modulus of c XG solutions first decrease and then increase. p H within 4 ~ 10 almost doesn't influence the rheological properties of the solution. With increase of the temperature,the viscosity of c XG solutions decreases. The rheological properties of c XG solutions are similar with those of XG solutions,but the temperature resistance of c XG solutions is higher than that of XG solution.
