摘  要:采用化学发泡法制备了聚双环戊二烯(PDCPD)泡沫塑料,研究了催化剂比例、模具温度、发泡剂含量等主要因素对泡沫性能的影响。结果表明,模具温度为60~70℃,物料摩尔比n(DCPD)/n(WCl6·WOCl4)/n(Al Et2Cl)=1300/1/30左右,发泡剂质量分数不低于0.6%时,得到闭孔结构的自结皮硬质PDCPD泡沫。PDCPD泡沫材料的密度最低可达0.375 g/cm3,比压缩强度可达30.24 MPa/(g·cm-3),结皮硬度为邵氏D65-82度,分解温度可达到450℃,具有良好的力学强度和热稳定性。Polydicyclopentadiene( PDCPD) foam can be made by chemical blowing method. The influence of catalysts proportion,mold temperature and content of blowing agent on the properties of PDCPD foams was investigated. The results indicate that when the mold temperature gets 60 ~ 70 ℃,the catalysts proportion( n( DCPD / n( WCl6·WOCl4) /n( Al Et2Cl)) is about 1300 /1 /30 and the content of blowing agent is 0. 6% or higher,self-skinning hard PDCPD foams with closed-cell structure were made. The density of PDCPD foams can be as low as 0. 375 g / cm3,with the surface hardness at Shore 64-82 HD. The decomposition temperature of PDCPD foam gets as high as 450 ℃,showing excellent mechanical properties and thermal stability.
