基于PSR模型的区域土地利用可持续性水平测度——以鄱阳湖生态经济区为例

摘　　要：根据土地利用的可持续性特征,本文从压力-状态-响应三个方面选取14个指标,构建了土地利用可持续性评价指标体系和综合评价模型,对鄱阳湖生态经济区的31个县(市)进行了评价。研究结果表明,鄱阳湖生态经济区土地利用可持续性水平总体评价结果由2006年的"临界可持续性"等级(II)提升至2010年的"可持续性较好"等级(III)。但在空间差异上,2010年与2006年相比,处于土地利用不可持续阶段的县(市)完全消失,处于可持续利用阶段的由1个增加至5个。评价结果基本上反映了当地土地利用可持续性的变化状况,说明构建的评价指标体系和建立的综合评价模型是可行的。Sustainable land use is an important foundation for the sustainable development of society and the economy,improves ecological environmental quality and promotes ecological and economic sustainable development. The evaluation of sustainable land use is the key to sustainable land use issues and methods for achieving sustainable land use. Land sustainable development as a new goal has been receiving greater attention around the world and is now a major research field in land management evaluation. However,China's land on the sustainable development indicator system remains in at an evaluation stage of exploration. Therefore,the focus of the work here is this new evaluation system of sustainable land use and subject. According to land use sustainability,from the view of pressure-state-response,an evaluation index system including 14 indicators and the comprehensive evaluation model for sustainable land use are constructed. We then uses these to evaluate land use sustainability of 31 counties(cities)in the Poyang Lake Ecoeconomic Zone,Region,China. The results show that the level of land use sustainability in the Poyang Lake Eco-economic Zone from 2006 was‘Critical sustainability'grade(II)and from2010 was ‘Better Sustainability' grade(III). For 2010 compared to 2006,counties with unsustainable land use completely disappeared,and the number of counties with land sustainable use increased from 1 to 5. Evaluation results reflect the state of sustainable development of local land,indicating that the evaluation index system and evaluation model are feasible. Our work offers theoretical and explorative data on the sustainable development of national land resource use and China's national social economy.
