摘  要:为分离、鉴定亚成体大熊猫肠道中的纤维素降解真菌,并比较其降解纤维素能力的大小,采用PDA、SDA、GPA这3种培养基对8只亚成体大熊猫新鲜粪便进行真菌的分离培养,经纤维素刚果红培养基筛选,得到纤维素降解真菌,运用形态学和分子生物学的方法对其进行分类鉴定。结果显示,共分离到4株纤维素降解真菌,分别为白地霉、多分枝毛霉菌这2株霉菌和丝孢菌、白色念珠菌这2株酵母菌。根据纤维素水解圈与菌落直径比值、菌落直径大小,初步得出其降解纤维素能力的大小为白地霉>多分枝毛霉菌>白色念珠菌>丝孢菌。结果表明,亚成体大熊猫肠道内存在可降解纤维素的真菌,且2株霉菌的纤维素降解能力比2株酵母菌的强。To isolate and identify cellulolytic fungi from sub-adult panda's intestine and compare the cellulose degradation ability of fungi,the fungi in fresh feces of sub-adult giant pandas were isolated and purified by using three different medias,such as PDA,SDA,and GPA.Cellulose decomposing fungi were obtained by using cellulose congo red medium.Then they were identified by the combination of morphological and molecular biology.In result,four kinds of fungus with cellulose degradation ability were isolated and identified,two kinds of mold(Galactomyces geotrichum and Mucor ramosissimus)and two kinds of yeast(Trichosporonsp.and Candida albicans)from fresh dejection of giant panda.Through comparing the circle of cellulose hydrolysis and the diameter ratio of the colony,colony diameter size,the capability for the degradation of cellulose was G.geotrichum> M.ramosissimus> C.albicans>Trichosporonsp..Sub-adult giant panda's intestines exist a certain proportion of culturable cellulose degrading fungi,and the cellulose degradation ability of two strains of molds is better than the two strains of fungi.
