摘 要:针对液压自由活塞柴油机的结构特点和运行特性,采用试验研究方法对缸内燃烧过程进行分析,提出了该柴油机燃烧过程的研究方法。重点研究了基于时间的缸压曲线和活塞位移曲线的处理方法,获得了基于时间的燃烧放热规律计算方法,分析讨论了在该活塞运动规律下的缸内燃烧特性,通过试验研究与仿真分析相结合的方法对韦伯经验放热模型进行了修正。研究结果为探索自由活塞柴油机的燃烧特性与运行机理提供了依据。The study method of combustion process was obtained through series of test the prototype,which for structural features and operating characteristics of hydraulic free piston diesel engine.The analysis method of cylinder pressure and piston displacement data based on time was researched.The calculation method of combustion heat release rate based on time was obtained.Combustion process characteristics were discussed in this movement of the piston.Weber model was modified through experimental research and simulation analysis.The purpose is to make it more suitable hydraulic free piston engine.The results can provide theoretical basis for exploring the combustion characteristics and operation mechanism of hydraulic free piston diesel engine.
