摘 要:在直径380 mm,高830 mm的工业旋转喷雾吸收塔模型上开展了NaClO/Ca(OH)_2混合液脱除烧结烟气中的SO_2和NO的实验研究,考察了溶液pH,模拟烟气温度,NaClO浓度,SO_2浓度,NO浓度这些操作参数对脱除效率的影响,得出最佳的实验工况为pH=10,T_g=60℃,m_s=6,并在此条件下进行了平行实验,实验结果表明脱硫、脱硝效率可分别达到98%和60%以上。A complex oxidizing agent combination made up of NaClO/Ca(OH)_2 was used to investigate the simultaneous absorption of NO and SO_2 from sintering flue gas in a spray absorption reactor made up of organic glass with a diameter of 380 mm and a height of 830 mm,which is a simplified model of a kind of industrial spray tower,on a laboratory scale.The effects of various operating parameters,i.e.initial gas temperature(T_g),initial solution pH,concentration of NaClO(m_s),initial NO inlet concentration(C_N) and SO_2 initial inlet(C_S),were systematically investigated in the experiments.The results showed that the removal efficiency of SO_2 is slightly affected by the reaction conditions,however the removal efficiency of NO is significantly influenced,it presents different trends with the reaction condition changes.the most optimal experimental conditions for simultaneous removal of NO and SO_2 was found initial solution pH=10,T_g=50℃,m_s=6,in this case the average removal efficiencies of NO and SO_2 could reach 98%and 60%,respectively.
