摘 要:金属MVR蒸发器的高换热温差会造成溶液在蒸发过程中结晶,产生壁垢,降低换热效果,同时,高等级合金材质也会增加企业的购置和建造成本。PF蒸发器抗腐蚀性好、转化温度较高,是未来城市污水处理和海水淡化项目的首选金属蒸发器替代设备。考虑到高聚合物膜的低导热性,本文采用40μm的PTFE膜作为换热面,建立了温度、换热面积和散热率的计算公式,并使用Aspen Plus软件对流程进行了模拟。The heat transfer effects will be reduced by crystallization and scaling problems of MVR evaporators made by metal in the evaporation process.Meanwhile,high grade alloy materials will increase the costs of purchasing and building.PF evaporators are hardly corroded and have high transfer temperatures.Therefore,PF evaporators are very fit for urban sewage treatment and sea water desalination.PTFE films with 40 μm thickness were used as heat exchange surfaces considering the low thermal conductivity of polymer films.The Calculation formula of temperatures,heat exchange area and heat dissipation rates were discussed in this article.The flow sheet of the PF-MVR system was simulated by Aspen Plus software.
