摘  要:研究了60Coγ-射线辐照条件下水中阿莫西林(AMX)的辐照降解,考察了AMX初始浓度、辐照剂量、p H、H2O2、自由基消除剂(碳酸氢钠和正丁醇)以及溶解氧等因素对AMX辐照降解的影响。结果表明,γ辐照可有效降解水中AMX,当AMX初始浓度为10.0 mg/L,辐照剂量为15 k Gy时,降解率达100%,随着AMX浓度增大,其降解率降低。碱性条件有利于AMX的降解,当p H为11,且辐照剂量大于10 k Gy时,AMX的降解率在90%以上。同时,加入H2O2可以促进AMX的降解;·OH自由基消除剂的存在和缺氧条件会明显抑制γ-射线对AMX的辐照降解,分析表明,AMX的降解主要是基于·OH自由基的氧化。Degradation of amoxicillin( AMX) in aqueous solution by60 Co gamma-ray irradiation was examined,and the influences of initial concentration of AMX,absorbed dose,p H value of solution,hydrogen peroxide( H2O2),·OH radical scavengers( sodium bicarbonate and n-butanol) and dissolved oxygen,etc.,were investigated. Experimental results show that AMX in aqueous solution can be effectively degraded by gamma-ray irradiation. The degradation efficiency of AMX was close to 100% at an absorbed dose of 15 k Gy,and degradation rate of AMX significantly decreased with AMX concentration increase. The decomposition yield was higher under alkaline conditions than in neutral and acidic media. With a radiation dose of 10 k Gy,a reduction of 90% was achieved at p H 11. Results obtained indicated that at appropriate concentrations,H2O2 accelerates AMX degradation by generating additional ·OH. However when the dosage of H2O2 exceeds the optional concentration,the efficacy of AMX degradation is reduced. Results of N2-saturated system show that the degradation rate is less than air-saturated system. A marked decreased rate in N2-saturated system showed that · OH could promote AMX degradation. The presence of ·OH scavengers( sodium bicarbonate and n-butanol) significantly inhibited irradiation degradation of AMX,which confirmed that degradation of AMX can take place via oxidation by ·OH.
