高技术产业区域集聚能提高研发效率吗?——基于医药制造业的实证检验

摘　　要：以医药制造业为例检验了高技术产业区域集聚水平与研发效率之间的关系,发现两者之间并非简单的线性关系,而是呈"倒U型"关系。因此国家应该从整体上优化高技术产业区域布局,集聚水平高的地区和集聚水平低的地区则应该分别采用不同的产业发展策略,从而提升区域高技术产业研发效率。This paper tests the relationship between local agglomeration level of high-tech industries and their R&D efficiency,and finds that they have not a simple linear relationship but rather take on a relationship of reverse-U. This implies that China government should better the regional distribution of high-tech industries,whereas provinces of high or low agglomeration level should make different policies respectively to develop high-tech industries so as to improve industrial R&D efficiency.
