日本勘查开发海外矿产资源战略布局与启示研究

摘　　要：日本开发利用海外矿产资源战略布局的成功经验对我国实施"走出去"的资源战略具有重要的借鉴意义。在研究日本勘查开发海外矿产资源的主要历史阶段及其战略的基础上,从日本成立专门组织实施全球矿产资源战略的机构、布控全球资源信息网、石油天然气全球战略布局、金属矿产资源全球战略布局等4个方面,对日本近年来勘查开发海外矿产资源战略布局进行了系统分析,进而结合我国实施"走出去"资源战略的现状提出了5点启示。The successful experiences of Japan's exploration and exploitation for overseas mineral resources have important significances for Chinese mining enterprises. Based on the analysis of the major historical stages of the exploration and exploitation for overseas mineral resources in Japan and its strategy adopted in different historical periods,the Japanese strategic layout in recent years was discussed from four aspects,including setting up special organizations to implement the global strategy of mineral resources,establishing network for global resources information,the global strategic layout for oil and gas,as well as the global strategic layout for metallic mineral resources. Furthermore,five thoughts were put forward according to present situation of Chinese ' going global' resource strategy.
