摘 要:以胶结充填体单轴抗压强度和料浆扩散度为试验目标函数,以充填料浆质量浓度和砂灰比为配比参数,建立基于均匀试验的矿山充填料浆配比优化模型,并揭示配比参数对充填料浆及胶结体性能的影响。根据试验因素和水平,选取均匀设计表,按均匀试验设计方法设计了12组抗压强度和扩散度试验,利用均匀设计软件回归分析了胶结充填体强度和料浆扩散度与各参数之间的关系。结果表明:均匀试验数据与回归方程计算结果基本一致,试验方法可信度高;该充填料浆最佳参数为:料浆质量浓度x1=72%,砂灰比x2=4,此时胶结充填体强度最大且充填料浆具有良好的流动性,与试验结果一致。综上所述,均匀试验设计方法为充填料浆配比优化研究提供了一种新的有效途径。The ratio optimization model of filling slurry was established based on the uniform experiments,which used the uniaxial compressive strength of cement filling body and the diffusion degree of filling slurry as the objective function,as well as the concentration and the sand cement ratio of filling slurry as the proportional parameters.Then,the influence of ratio parameters on filling slurry and properties of cement filling body was revealed.According to the experimental factors and levels,the uniform design table was selected for designing 12 group tests of compressive strength.Then diffusion degree,and the regression analysis of relationships between strength of backfill,diffusion degree of filling slurry and parameters were conducted by uniform design software.The results showed that the uniform experimental data were basically identical with the calculation results of regression equation,which proved that the uniform experiments were of high reliability.Under the conditions of the best parameters with the concentration of 72% and sand cement ratio of 4,the maximum filling strength and the good fluidity of filling slurry were achieved,which were in accordance with experiment results.Analysis indicated that the uniform design provided a new and effective way for ratio optimization of filling slurry.
