摘 要:从充填材料、浆体输送、充填效果以及矿山适用4个方面深入分析了目前煤矿广为应用的综合机械化固体充填技术、超高水材料充填技术、膏体充填技术和煤矿高浓度胶结充填技术的特点,剖析了这些技术间的差异,提出了煤矿高浓度胶结充填技术充填开采综合效果最好,是未来充填技术发展方向的论断。同时也探究了煤矿如何选择合适的充填方法,给出结合矿井自身特点,多角度考虑、多方面比对,利用矿井优势弥补充填技术的缺陷,力争充填效益最大化的选用原则和实用性建议,为煤矿选用充填技术提供了指导。From filling material,slurry transportation,filling effect and application in mine,the features of the fullymechanized solid filling mining technology,the filling technology with ultra-high water material,the paste filling technology and the high concentration cemented filling technology,which were widely used in coal mine at present,were deeply analyzed.And their differences were discussed.The conclusion was put forward that the high concentration cemented filling technology with the best mining comprehensive effect would be the development of backfill in future.Meanwhile,how to choose the suitable filling method in coal mine was researched.Combining with the characteristics of mine,multi-angle considerations and multi-aspect comparisons,the deficiencies of filling technology were remedied by using the advantages of coal mine,which strived to obtain selection principles and practical suggestions of the maximize filling benefit,and provided guidance for filling technology of coal mine.
