摘 要:为满足低品位难采矿床低成本高效充填的生产要求,通过研究分级尾砂胶结充填流量与浓度控制,分析优化矿山生产作业循环和尾砂分级旋流器组,研发了短流程无砂仓分级尾砂胶结充填工艺,充填系统不建砂仓,建设时间缩短为4个月,减少投资70%、降低运行成本20%,灰砂比1∶4胶结充填体28d强度达到3.2 MPa,实现了安全开采和采充选作业有序循环,提高了矿山的盈利能力。In order to meet the requirements of low-cost and high-efficiency filling for difficult mining ore deposits with low-grade,through studies on flow rate and concentration control in cemented filling with classified tailings,mine operation cycle and tailings cyclones bank were analyzed and optimized.And a silo-less cemented filling technology with classified tailings in simplified flow circuit was developed.Without building tailings silos in filling system,the construction time was reduced to 4months,investment was decreased by 70%,running cost was reduced by 20%,and 28 d strength for 1:4(cement-tailings ratio)cemented fillingbody was up to 3.2 MPa,which realized an orderly cycle of mining-filling-dressing and safe mining,and improved the profit ability in mine.
