大冶铁矿分段凿岩阶段空场嗣后胶结充填法工程实践

摘　　要：为保护矿山公园和露天边坡,大冶铁矿东采-180m阶段采用分段凿岩阶段空场嗣后胶结充填法回采,其计算充填倍线为5.24,满足自流输送条件,故采用全尾砂自流胶结充填工艺。目前该阶段首采矿块310号矿房开采顺利,其开采回采率达92.0%,贫化率为9.6%,回采技术指标明显优于-120m阶段的无底柱分段崩落法。In order to protect the mine park and open-pit slope,the sublevel drilling and stage mining method with cemented filling was used in east-180 mstage of Daye Iron Mine.And the cemented filling process with whole tailings and gravity flow was applied because the filling times line of5.24 could meet the requirement of gravity flow.Currently,first mining of No.310 room in ore block at this stage successfully achieved the recovery rate of 92.0% and the dilution rate of 9.6%,which were better than the technical indexes in-120 mstage mined by sublevel caving method.
