摘 要:在全尾砂新型充填胶凝材料中添加少量的外加剂,可以改善充填料浆的流动性,提高充填体抗压强度,延长凝结时间,从而满足全尾砂胶结充填体强度和管道输送特性要求。结合司家营南区铁矿全尾砂充填材料和新型充填胶凝材料,采用正交试验、优化模型和验证试验,进行了萘系和氨基磺酸减水剂等外加剂对充填胶凝材料性能的影响研究。研究结果表明,在全尾砂新型充填胶凝材料中添加0.3%的氨基磺酸盐减水剂效果最好、性价比最高,从而为司家营南区铁矿充填使用全尾砂新型充填材料提供了理论基础。Adding a little admixture in the new whole-tailings cementing filling material could improve the fluidity of filling slurry,increase compressive strength of filling body and prolong setting time,so as to meet the requirements of wholetailings cemented filling strength and pipeline transportation characteristics.Combining the whole-tailings filling material with the new cementing material in south area of Sijiaying iron mine,the influence of naphthalene series,sulfamic acid and other admixtures on the properties of filling cementing material were studied by orthogonal experiments,optimization modes and verification tests. The research results showed that the sulfamic acid of 0.3% had the best effect and the highest performance-price ratio,which provided theoretical basis for using new whole-tailings cementing material in Sijiaying iron ore.
