摘 要:针对大厂锡多金属矿细脉带矿体边缘残矿品位低、磁黄铁矿含量高、致密细粒硫化矿物不均匀嵌布、矿物性质复杂的难题,在铅锌浮选分离流程中,进行了预先"磁选-脱硫"试验研究。研究结果表明,预先磁选-脱硫可有效消除磁黄铁矿、易浮硫碳杂质对铅锌分离浮选的不利影响,得到铅锑精矿铅品位19.18%、锑品位14.62%、铅回收率74.74%;锌精矿锌品位47.07%、回收率82.87%的选别指标;预先脱硫工艺具有药耗少、无氰环保、铅锌产品质量易于控制等优点,为"贫、杂"铅锌矿的高效选别回收试验了新的工艺方法。Aimed at the problems of veinlet belt type orebody in Dachang tin-polymetallic ore,including low grade of remnant ore,high-content of pyrrhotite,misproportion dissemination of sulphide mineral and complex property,the tests of preceding magnetic separation and desulfurization were researched during Pb-Zn flotation separation. The results showed that this method could effectively eliminate the adverse effects of pyrrhotite and sulphur iron impurity on PbZn floatation separation.It obtained lead-antimony concentrate with Pb grade of 19.18%,Sb grade of 14.62% and Pb recovery rate of 74.74%,as well as zinc concentrate with Zn grade of 47.07% and recovery rate of 82.87%.Preceding desulfurization technology had many advantages,such as less medicine consumption,environmental protection without cyanide,and product quality control of lead and zinc,which offered a new technique for efficient selection and recovery of poor and mixed lead-zinc ore.
