民办高校团学组织建设新探索——以大连理工大学城市学院为例

摘　　要：随着社会主义市场经济的深入发展,社会生活方式及学生培养模式的改变,民办高校团学组织工作也随之发生变化。本文依据民办高校团学工作的现状及存在的问题,以团学干部的队伍建设为着力点,努力搭建团学活动新平台,旨在构建一套求真务实、科学发展、与时俱进的团学组织建设新体系,促进多元化人才培养目标的实现。With the development of socialist market economy,change the mode of life style and students' social culture,private college group organization work changes. In this paper,on the basis of Private College group organization construction status and the existing problems,the group team cadres as the focal point,efforts to build a new platform for group activities,aims to build a pragmatic,scientific development,advancing with the times League organization in the new system,achieve the goal of diversification of talents training.
