摘　　要：职业道德是所有从业人员在职业活动中应该遵循的行为准则。大学生是发展中国特色社会主义、实现"中国梦"的建设者和接班人,是祖国的希望和民族的未来。这个特殊的群体既是一群"准职业者",也承载着社会、家庭的高期望值。因此,加强以爱岗敬业、诚实守信、办事公道、服务群众、奉献社会为主要内容的职业道德教育,树立正确的就业取向,为其将来搞好本职工作、服务社会、报效国家打下良好基础,显得十分重要和迫切。本文阐述了大学生职业道德教育的五大主要内容,分析了加强大学生职业道德教育的重要性,即是高等教育的重要内容、社会发展的必然要求、大学生就业的必备素质和促进大学生自我发展的需要。The occupation moral should follow the behavior criterion. College students are the builders and successors of socialist development with Chinese characteristics and realize the Chinese dream,is the hope of the motherland and the future of the nation. This special group is 'quasi occupation',also carrying high social expectations,family values. Therefore,strengthening occupation moral education with dedication,honesty,impartiality,serving the people,contributing to society as the main content,establish correct orientation of employment,lay a good foundation for their future do his own work well,serving the society,serve the country,is very important and urgent. This paper expounds the five major contents of occupation moral education of college students,analyzes the importance of strengthening occupation moral education of college students,is an important part of higher education,the inevitable requirement of social development,the employment of college students and promote the necessary quality of college students' self development needs.
