摘　　要：开展思想政治教育是高校工会工作的重要组成部分,做好高校工会思想政治工作必须坚持"尊重人、理解人、关心人"原则,以切实关心和维护教职工切身利益为切入点,解决教职工因病产生的经济困难、关心教职工身心健康,把思想政治工作落到实处。Carrying out ideological and political work is an important part of the work of college Labor Union,college Labor Union doing well ideological and political work should adhere to principle of respecting people,understanding people and caring about people,should take pressingly caring about and safeguarding faculty's interests as the breakthrough point,college Labor Union doing well ideological and political work must solve faculty's economic difficulty due to diseases and care about faculty's physical and mental health,so as to bring ideological and political work into effect.
