摘　　要：随着网络的广泛应用,传统的辅导员工作方式表现出一定的局限性和不适应性。而网络应用构建的多种沟通平台则可帮助师生之间建立全方位联系,进而推进学生自主管理,建立友好型师生关系。但同时,辅导员也应加强对学生进行网络信息判断、心理健康引导和虚拟、现实之间关系的正确处理。With the extensive application of network,the traditional way of counselor work exhibits certain limitation and the inelasticity. But the multiple communication of network application platform can help build a full range of relations between teachers and students,and promote the development of students' autonomous management,establish friendly relationship between teachers and students. But at the same time,counselors should also strengthen the correct handling of judgment,network information mental health guidance and virtual realit.
