摘　　要：人才培养、科学研究、服务社会和文化传陈与创新共同构成高等教育的四大职能,其中人才培养是基本职能,科学研究与之相互依存与促进,服务社会是以人才培养和科学研究为依托,文化创新则代表着高校的责任,安徽大学作为部省共建的综合性大学,为高校发挥四大职能提供了重要启示。Talent training,scientific research,social services and cultural tradition and innovation constitute the four major functions of higher education,which are the basic functions of personnel training,scientific research and serving the society and promote each other,the personnel training and scientific research as the basis,cultural innovation represents the university's responsibility,Anhui University as a comprehensive university department of the provincial construction,colleges and universities have offered important enlightenment to play four functions.
