高校图书馆实行勤工助学的有效性研究

摘　　要：随着我国各高等院校的不断合并、扩招,学生读者迅速增多,使得图书馆管理工作任务量明显增加,原有的人力资源配备明显不足,传统的管理运行模式压力明显增大。高校图书馆实行勤工助学可有效解决这一问题,同时为学生提供了更多的社会实践机会,提高了学生的沟通和交流能力、管理能力及社会实践能力,同时还锻炼了学生的社会适应能力,对培养综合性人才意义重大。With the continuous consolidation,enrollment of universities and colleges in our country,students readers increase rapidly,making the task of library management increases significantly,with the original human resources is obviously insufficient,pressure of traditional management operating mode increases significantly. University library work study can effectively solve this problem,also provides more social practice opportunities for students,improve their communication ability,management ability and the ability of social practice,also to train the students' ability to adapt to society,to cultivate comprehensive talent of great significance.
