摘　　要：本文通过我国著名的侦查学创始人、曾任最高人民检察院副检察长等职位的谭政文为例,探求当今的侦查人员应当如何在审讯过程中对犯罪嫌疑人进行"人文关怀",并且如何能够正确使用"情感感化"的方法,实现由"通情"向"达理"的转化过程,促使犯罪嫌疑人能够尽快地供述犯罪事实,达到查清案情的目的。This article through the case of Tan Zheng-wen who was the famous investigation founder,served as the supreme people's procuratorate deputy procurator general positions,to discuss how to use the 'humanistic care' of the investigators in the interrogation process,and how to correctly use method of 'emotional',prompts to confession crime suspect,to investigate the case.
