摘　　要：研究生社团是建设和谐校园文化不可缺少的重要群体组织之一,研究生社团的组织活动可以充分调动研究生参与活动的主动性和积极性,有助于研究生教育管理水平的提高。如何在柔性管理下进一步完善研究生社团管理的水平,探索一套适合研究生社团组织管理的创新途径将具有十分重要的意义。The graduate student association is one of the most important groups with indispensable construction of harmonious campus culture, organization activities of graduate student can fully mobilize the initiative and enthusiasm of students to participate in activities, help to improve the management level of postgraduate education. How to further improve the graduate student community management level in the flexible management, it is very important to explore a set of innovation suitable for graduate student organization management.
