摘　　要：大学生就业是全社会关注的焦点问题,违约势必会影响就业秩序,挤占他人的就业机会,对用人单位招聘计划、高校声誉和学生就业心理等造成不良影响。在实际工作中,研究生的违约现象要远比本科生严重,违约的原因呈现多样化,因此,预防和控制研究生就业违约对高校办学具有重要的现实意义。The employment of university students is the focus of social issues, default will affect employment order, crowding out other employment opportunities, produces psychological adverse effects on the employer recruitment plan, the reputation of universities and students. In practical work, graduate defaults is serious than undergraduates, various default reasons, therefore, the prevention and control of graduate employment contract has important practical significance for colleges and universities.
