摘　　要：2005年,西宁市首批经济适用房开始建设,2008年正式交付使用。之后的几年中,青海省政府对经济适用房的问题愈加重视,最近一期的工程总面积达到240000平方米。对西宁市经济适用房展开研究,发现问题,找出对策,有助于更好地解决西宁市中低收入家庭的住房问题。In 2005, the first batch of affordable housing in Xining city started to construct, 2008 formally delivered. After a few years, more and more problems of the affordable housing in Qinghai province government attaches importance to, in a recent issue of the project reached a total area of 240000 square meters. Study on affordable housing in Xining City, to find the problems, find out the countermeasures, help to better solve the housing problems of low-income families in Xining city.
