摘　　要：随着各高校科研活动的不断开展,现阶段高校科研档案工作面临着严峻挑战,本文通过分析高校科研档案管理工作存在的问题,着重论述了发展改善的措施并对高校科研档案管理的前景进行展望。With the development of scientific research in colleges and universities, scientific research archives work in colleges is facing severe challenges, in this paper, by analyzing the problems existing in the management of scientific research archives of university, focuses on the development of improvement measures and the future of the archives management of university scientific research is prospected as well.
