摘　　要：大学文化在培养人才、传承知识和引领社会服务等方面发挥着重要的作用。在建设社会主义和谐社会的历史进程中,通过大学文化的引领功能和辐射功能,促进全社会的创新文化建设。加强大学文化建设研究,不仅对于创新文化内容形式和传播手段以推动社会主义先进文化建设,而且对于高校本身建立现代大学制度,以高度的文化自觉和文化自信加强大学文化建设,具有重大的理论意义和深远的现实意义。The university culture plays an important role in cultivating talents, knowledge inheritance and leading the social service etc.. In the historical process of building a socialist harmonious society, through the leading function and radiation function of university culture, promoting the construction of innovation culture in the whole society. Strengthen the construction of university culture research, not only for the innovation of cultural content and the means of communication to promote the construction of advanced socialist culture, but also establishing modern university system for the university itself, strengthen the construction of university culture with a high degree of cultural awareness and cultural self-confidence, is of great theoretical significance and far-reaching practical significance.
