对结合专业要求实施高职体育教育改革的探讨

摘　　要：高职体育教育存在传统的教育理念,由于受到传统思想的束缚,目前高职体育教育针对学生如何加强身体素质,怎样结合专业知识要求完善体育教育改革,得出结合专业知识教育改革的方法[1]。从体育教育中认识专业知识的重要性,通过了解专业要求的优点,把体育教育与专业要求相结合。在保证学生身体健康素质的同时,探讨出实行改革的方法。Physical Education in Higher Vocational exist in the traditional education idea, due to the bondage of traditional ideas, the present higher vocational education for students how to strengthen the physical quality, how to improve the reform of physical education with professional knowledge, the method of combined with professional knowledge of education reform. The importance of the professional knowledge from the sports education, through an understanding of the advantages of the professional requirements, the physical education and professional requirements combined. In ensuring the healthy body of students,at the same time, discuss a method to implement the reform.
