摘　　要：妇女解放运动和新中国的建立使中国女性突破男权的束缚,拥有自己的职业角色。现代知识女性面临着走向社会还是回归家庭或者是两者兼顾等困境。这就需要政府加强在法律方面对妇女与家庭问题重视程度,需要全社会男性参与解决妇女与家庭问题,需要重视政府官员、名人婚恋观对公众意识形成的导向作用,还需要加强女性的主体意识,处理好"大我"和"小我"的关系,活出自我的风采。The women's Liberation Movement and the establishment of the new Chinese bound China women breaking the male, with their occupation role. Modern intellectual women facing to society or return home or difficulties both etc.. This requires the government to strengthen the degree of attention to women and the family in law, need whole society male participation in the solution of women and family problems, need to guide attention to government officials, celebrities marriage on public awareness formation, but also the need to strengthen women's subject consciousness, deal with the relationship between 'I' and 'me', out of self style.
