摘　　要：本文对国内外旅游人才培养模式进行总结,从人才培养目标、人才培养模式、人才培养的教学、人才培养模式理论、人才培养模式构建及国内外旅游人才培养模式的比较研究等方面进行分类。然后对该方面的已有研究进行简要评述,以期能为后面的研究提供一点启示。This paper summarizes the cultivation mode of domestic and foreign tourism talent, from training target, training mode, training teaching, training mode, training mode and theory of domestic and foreign tourism personnel training model to study and classify. And then makes a brief survey of the study, provides a little inspiration behind the research.
