摘　　要：对地方高校图书馆核心竞争力进行概述,指出地方高校图书馆核心竞争力管理的必要性,结合实际,从地方高校图书馆核心竞争力特点出发,分析了地方高校图书馆核心竞争力管理应该遵循的一些原则。An overview of the core competence of localuniversity library, points out the necessity, the management of the core competence of Local University Library in combination with the actual situation, from the characteristics of the core competence of local university library, analyzes some principles of the management of the core competence of the local university library should follow.
