莆商精神与大学生创业教育研究——以莆田学院为例

摘　　要：我国大学生就业尚处于探索阶段,较多的借鉴的是国外的模式,忽略了当地企业家的精神文化资源在大学生创业教育中发挥的作用。以莆田学院为例,本文从莆商精神勇闯天下志在四方的创业理念、吃苦耐劳自强不息的优良作风、精明善算俭以兴业的经商之道、恋祖爱乡报效桑梓的人文情怀等方面进行归纳总结,为莆田学院大学生创业提供一些切实有效的建议。The employment of university students in China is still in the exploration stage, more learning is the mode of foreign countries, ignore the local entrepreneurial spirit and cultural resources play the role of entrepreneurship education of college students. Taking Putian University as an example, this article from the Pu's spirit in the world faces hard unremitting self-improvement, pioneering the concept of the fine style of work, thrifty in order to Generale precept, grandfather Aixiang serve with humanistic concern aspects are summarized, providing some effective suggestions for Putian University students.
